The Q is the newest project in development by Jonathan Segal FAIA. This 6 story building will be located in the heart of Little Italy and is expected to be completed in 2009. The Union is a 13 unit rental project completed in December of 2006. Located on 19th and B Street, The Union offers two-level interiors, modern kitchens, sizable outdoor spaces, large windows, and utilizes innovative and minimum waste materials. The Union is constructed with a solar electric system using rooftop photovoltaic cells to generate the majority of the project's electricity. Click Here for Availability

K Lofts is a 9 unit rental project which was completed in 2005. Located on 26th and B Street in Golden Hill, each unit offers two-level interiors, sizable outdoor spaces, and utilizes innovative materials.
